1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by SP Darby Renovations ("we", "our", or "us"). By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Quotations and Pricing

2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or enquiry.
2.3 Any additional works or changes to the specification may result in a revised quote.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment terms will be outlined on each quote or invoice.
3.2 Deposits may be required prior to commencement of work.
3.3 Late payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month.

4. Workmanship and Materials

4.1 All work will be completed to a professional standard and in accordance with UK building regulations.
4.2 Materials used will be as specified or of equivalent quality if substitutions are necessary.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse the use of customer-supplied materials if deemed unsuitable.

5. Access and Site Conditions

5.1 The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site.
5.2 Any delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.

6. Guarantees and Liability

6.1 We provide a 12-month guarantee on workmanship from the completion date.
6.2 Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied materials where applicable.
6.3 We are not liable for consequential losses, damages, or delays beyond our control

7. Insurance and Safety

7.1 We hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance, details of which are available upon request.
7.2 All health and safety regulations will be adhered to during works.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 working days before the scheduled start date.
8.2 Late cancellations may incur costs for materials or lost labour time.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 We aim to resolve any disputes swiftly and professionally.
9.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, complaints may be escalated to a relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
